Our products are custom made and are made to order art pieces, unlike manufactured items.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted immediately after receiving your product or within 2 weeks from the sale of the product.
We do not return items due to buyer's remorse.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
To return a damaged or defective product, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you are returning an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please allow up to 14 days for the return to process.
